- Call on the day you would like to drop-off your items to insure space is available for you. Space will be reserved to you until the close of business on that day.
- Drop-off items to the store on the day space was reserved to you.*please note: Space will be reserved based on the list provided in the original phone call. If any additional containers or items are needing to be added, acceptance will be based on available space at the time of drop-off.
- We will carefully review your items and select those that meet current style, safety and condition standards.
- Upon completion, we will contact you to let you know we are finished with your items.
- You can come in and look over our offer on your items. Accepted items will be paid in cash or debited to your bank card.
Note:Accommodations can be made if you are unable to return in a timely manner. Items left without contact to agree on accommodations may be processed and donated.

To remove grease stains simply squirt with clear/light colored dish soap, scrub and launder as usual.
To remove ballpoint pen ink, use cheap, cheap hairspray, spray the stain then wash the garment, then use your preferred stain remover and wash the garment as normal
